安棋儿的烧鱼(Angie's ikan bakar)

那天Angie 给我的ikan bakar recipe.
谢谢她为我写下这食谱。
终于做出来了。
可是我加了些煮asam 鱼的即煮料;
而且入烤箱后没有把鱼翻面,就是一直烘烤20分钟。
(我的鱼不是太大条,如果大鱼,烘烤时间须加长)。
最后一次吃烧鱼是在3/1/2010(最后一晚在马六甲)。
是一大家族一起吃,很吵很乱。
今天只有我和老公两个人吃。
很寂寞叻。

  1. Thanks for the tip, 冰箱风干 the crab sticks, I have yet to fry this crab sticks. You make your own prawn crackers? This year I did not make seaweed crackers, did too many cookies liao. Look like you also have a 热闹 CNY in Perth huh.
