抹茶戚风

东东家的抹茶戚风给吸引住了。
反正今天家婆去了她姐姐家,我也闲着,就动手做了这蛋糕。
抹茶的香味总是让人无法抗拒。
出炉的蛋糕香气逼人;可惜不能马上切来吃。
苦苦的等着吃这蛋糕。最后还是决定先睡个午觉再来享用。
一口气把那切出来拍照的3片蛋糕和着香浓的咖啡吃进肚子去了。
这好像不太像我叻。平时再好吃的东西我也不会囫囵吞咽下肚的。
应该是我实在太饿了。。。。
材料:
  • A:3个蛋黄, 10克糖
  • B:50克植物油,60克水
  • C:80克低筋粉, 10克抹茶粉
  • D:4个蛋白(约160克),幼糖80克
做法:
  1. 把(A)拌匀。加入(B)搅匀。
  2. 然后加入过筛的C料,混合均匀。
  3. 把D的蛋白打发,然后分次加入糖打至湿性发泡。
  4. 将少量蛋白霜加进以上的混合料拌匀。
  5. 再加入剩余的蛋白霜拌匀
  6. 将面糊倒入蛋糕模,以170度烤约40分钟。
  7. 烤好立即倒放在架子上待蛋糕冷却,扣出即可。

    星, 买抹茶粉而非绿茶粉。两者不一样。买日本的,韩国的不太绿。

    min, 我觉得日本进口的最好。这里买好贵。一小罐澳币28。不过胜在很香很绿。
