Wish all of you a very Happy New Year 2011!
I hope everyone have a lovely christmas day with their families and friends.
This year we are lucky enough to have Ong & Lee families to celebrate this festive season with us in Perth.
We had a simple lunch together and started with white wines from Berry Farm, Margaret River follows by sweet chilli tuna & mayo chicken vol au vents and glutinous rice balls.
The roast tenderloin pork marinated in peppercorn & red wine are absolutely tasty. Definitely looking forward to have another bite near the future. It goes well with the roast duck salad. A leg of marmalade & apricot ham goes a long way, many days at least; which went well with the cheesy baked potatoes.
For the kids, I prepared some honey baked chicken wings and mignon for them. Since we adults have wine to go along with our meal, kids too have baby grapes sparkling juice to go with. They just loved it. Thank you Yvonne for bringing this special treats for the kids.
For dessert, I made a mango swiss roll and Pavlova topped with fresh berries and whipping cream. As all of us are too busy chatting and eating, we forgot to take some photoes for our dessert.
Here are some of the photoes taken. Hope you enjoy readyng and viewing :)
