蜂蜜优格乳酪卷


好久都没做蛋糕了。

想念了;手痒了。

乘早上一个人在家就做了这个蜂蜜蛋糕卷。

卷上好吃的柠檬优格乳酪奶油霜。

哇瑟!冷藏后更加好吃;就连不太会欣赏蛋糕的女儿也说好吃哦。

吃了蛋糕有点罪恶感,一个人跑步去了。

从假期到现在应该有一个月没运动了;胖了足足2公斤嘞!

夏天跑步有点恐怖,炎热的天气只能让人在清晨或傍晚有一点点兴致去跑跑。

我喜欢跑步但是不喜欢炎热的太阳。

所以非常期盼秋天和冬天的到来。


期待着。。。。等待着。。。。盼望着。。。。


材料 (食谱摘自孟老师的美味蛋糕卷)稍为做了更改




  • 蛋黄 80g

  • 细糖 10g
  • 沙拉油 30g
  • 蜂蜜 40g
  • 低筋面粉 70g
  • 蛋白 160g
  • 细糖 70g

柠檬优格奶油乳酪霜:



  • 无盐奶油 80g
  • 糖粉 20g
  • 奶油乳酪 30g
  • 柠檬优格 100克
  • 1个柠檬皮屑

做法:



  1. 戚风蛋糕以一般戚风蛋糕的方法, 将面糊完成。
  2. 把面糊刮进烤盘, 再用小刮板把表面抹平。
  3. 把烤盘送入预热的烤箱, 上火190C 下火 160C, 烤 12分钟。

制作夹心陷:



  1. 把奶油,乳酪和糖粉用搅拌器打发。
  2. 加入优格和柠檬屑轻轻拌匀。
  3. 放入冰箱冷藏备用。

卷蛋糕


  1. 蛋糕出炉后移到铁架上放凉。

  2. 待5分钟后即可在蛋糕表面盖上一张大于蛋糕的蛋糕纸。

  3. 双手抓住蛋糕纸两边慢慢将蛋糕体翻面。接着撕掉沾黏住蛋糕底部的蛋糕纸。此时,蛋糕体上色的一面在底部。

  4. 将蛋糕体尾端斜切,这样卷后的蛋糕封口书才更服贴。

  5. 蛋糕体开始卷起的一端,稍微切除不规则的边缘。先在蛋糕体开端轻轻横切2条刀痕(勿切到底),这样会有助于开始的卷起动作。

  6. 在蛋糕上面抹上夹心陷。

  7. 再以外卷法完成(将上色的蛋糕表面卷在外层)。

  8. 把蛋糕卷冷藏60分钟定型就完成了。
