芝士和卡司特马铃薯双拼盘



前几天在想吃面包时,脑子里就想起很久没有做的马铃薯面包。
可是又很喜欢芝士多多的芝士条。
于是我决定做大大的一盘排包~有我想念的马铃薯面包也有我想吃的芝士面包。
哈哈。。。我是绝对不会让自己失望的哦。
从懂事以来就为了肚子想的,努力去实现。
啊!如果用在别的方面应该会有大作为吧?
偏偏我没有什么大志,只宠爱我的小胃;因为它天生就不好,所以就更爱惜它了。


材料:
  • 80克 马铃薯泥
  • 280克高粉,45克中筋面粉,40克幼糖,10克奶粉, 5克盐,6克酵母
  • 140-150克水,20克全蛋
  • 30克奶油
  • 上层材料:(A)适量比萨芝士和砂糖
    (B)25克 即溶卡司达粉 ,60克 水【混合拌均,倒入挤花袋备用】
做法:
  1. 将所有材料,除牛油以外混合均匀,慢速搅拌成面团越2分钟。
  2. 搅拌成团及有筋性时,才加入牛油, 用慢速搅拌, 再转中速。搅拌至可拉开薄膜的阶段。
  3. 盖着发酵1小时或至双倍大。
  4. 将面团分割成21等份(约30克),滚圆,休面10分钟。上下擀开,翻面从长边卷起,收口捏紧搓成长条。
  5. 再杆成长长的三角形,自上而下卷起,放在涂上牛油的长形烤盘内进行最后发酵。
  6. 用湿布盖着最后发酵35分钟,刷上蛋液,
  7. 一部份挤上卡司特酱,另一部份放上芝士和砂糖。
  8. 预热烤箱170度,烘烤20 分钟即可。
