煎多燕菜(Cendol Agar-agar)



记不起多久没有做这个煎多燕菜糕了。
刚巧朋友送了我一盒煎多,于是想起了它。
因为如果是刨冰加红豆和椰奶我的孩子未必喜欢。
燕菜就不同了,小孩子多数会喜欢的。
因为她做得实在是太美了,所以我一定要做她的食谱。
哈哈。。。真的,她是真达人叻。
什么都能做得很美,很吸引人。
所以我实在羡慕也崇拜她。
有时我真的觉得这个部落格里实在有太多了不起的人;
不论是写,拍和做都能达到很高的水平。
甚至比起一些美食杂志或食谱书来得更加吸引和抄水准。
所以啊,我想这年头的烹饪出版商肯定不容易做了;
因为现在的家庭煮妇不再是一般的了。


把冷餐好的燕菜倒扣出来,再以个人喜好切块即可。

    1. Jessie, this agar-agar is not new already. But i love this very much. Usually i use this recipe to make moon cake jelly. I just set the agar-agar in bake tin and transfer out before cutting. Hmm.., will download a photo for ur info.

      But i know they just simply love my kuih and that is why give me this title. May be i must master another thing so that i no need to bear this name again. haha...
