蛋糕材料:
- (A) 250克 海绵蛋糕粉,250克蛋液,40克水
- (B) 60克 溶化牛油,1/2小匙香蓝精(pandan paste)
- (A) 200克椰浆,650克水,180克糖,1/2小匙盐,2大匙燕菜粉
- (B) 80克绿豆粉(青色),250克椰浆,30克水
- 将(A)倒入搅拌器中以低速拌匀成面糊。
- 再以高速打至乳白状;可用面糊写“O” 字而保持10秒不下沉即可。
- 加入香蓝精拌匀。
- 再加入溶化牛油轻轻搅拌均匀。
- 倒入涂了油及放上烤纸的10” 烤盘中,以180度烘30分钟。
- 待冷,把蛋糕边修好,表皮去除,再分切成3层备用。
- 将(A)混合,中火煮滚。
- 将(B)混合于另一小盆中,搅拌均匀。再倒入煮滚的(1)中。
- 以小火煮至滚。
- 准备好干净烤盘,把部份滚烫的咖亚到入盘底内,放上一片蛋糕。
- 再倒入咖亚,放上第二片蛋糕。如此重复至做完为止。
- 搁置一边,稍冷,放入冰箱,冷却后取出切片即可。
