那天在安棋玲家看见她的蛋豆腐,就很想做一个类似的自制蛋豆腐。
参考了wendy家的这个食谱,就这样做了这个蛋豆腐。
效果还不错;拿来炸之后很好吃。
我的儿子永远是我的忠实支持者。
他说他从来没有吃过这么好吃的豆腐。
哈哈。。。心花怒放哦。
但是我自知还有一些待改进的地方。
比如,蒸好的蛋豆腐有一些小孔,不是滑溜溜的那种。
而且没有很浓的豆香味。
食谱:
- 400克蛋液,1/3小匙盐
- 500克香浓无糖豆浆
- 1茶匙粟粉,1大匙水 (混匀,备用)
这道我喜欢啊!无论是什么豆腐我都爱吃~ :)

ReplyDeleteI do agree the protein content is high, but since the dish is shared by family members, let's say 5-6 persons, it's just about 1 egg and 1/3 cup soy milk each person. Not that we eat this everyday, will be bored if consume too often.
