失踪了一段时间是吧?
我过去的3个星期真的是很忙,所以不得不暂时“告别”一下。
老公的4个姐姐在这里呼哈了一段时日,现在回归平静孤单的生活了。
和4个性情开朗,思想开明的姑姑相处这么久,还是第一次。
家里虽然小小的,房间也不够用,厕所要轮流上,但是大家还是很开心。
最开心是老公了;能和姐姐们有更多的时间话家常,这确实是非常难得的。
加上也在这里生活的二姐,5姐妹算是团圆了。
感受到老公的开心,我当然也乐得服务。
姑姑们也不是难搞的女人,所以在我家住,根本不是什么为难的事。
一起逛街是很开心的。5个女人在车里,那个噪音可以想像吧?
哈哈。。。还好我那“淑女”二姑没有和我们一起,要不然我们会被骂的。
因为她常常说我们的声量太大了。
没办法啦,我们就是这副德性。
与其说我们粗鲁倒不如说我们就是这样“原始”,不造假。
快乐的时光总是短暂的,生活还是得继续;
分道扬镳时,我也觉得很伤感。
3姑和4姑泪洒机场是难免的(她们俩特别感性的),我心理也酸溜溜的不是滋味。
希望很快的我们又能再见面。
客人走了,留下冰箱里一大堆的食物。
再懒惰,再不想动也得清理;光吃剩饭剩菜也可吃上几天哦。
今天的冰箱刚刚可以喘气,我又动脑筋了。
昨天买了1大包的洋葱(1kg 才5分呐,当然要买咯),今天就做了这个叁巴江鱼仔角。
好久没吃这东西了,一口气吃了4个,夸张吧?
最近食欲出奇的好,再不控制点就要走上减肥的道路了。
Pastry Ingredients:
- 250g plain flour
- 50g rice flour
- 50g tapioca flour
- 50g butter
- 50g vegetable oil
- 130ml icy cold water
- pinch of saltFillings:
- 2tbsp sambal chili, 3 onion (sliced), 1/2 bowl fried anchovies, (salt & sugar for seasoning)
Method:
- Fillings: fry onion until golden brown and soft. Mix in sambal chili, and season with salt n sugar. Lastly, mix in the fried anchovies. Set aside, ready to us
- Pastry: In a large mixing bowl, bring 3 types of flours together and mix well. Set aside.
- In a small sauce pan, melt and heat butter with oil.
- Pour hot oil over flours in the mixing bowl. Then, mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula.
- Add in water and kneed to form soft dough.
- Cover dough with plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes.
- Assemble: Divide dough into 16 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into a circle, wrap in filling.
- Pinch edges to seal, then deep-fry in medium hot oil until golden brown. OR
- Roll out pastry into 3mm thick. Use round cutter to cut out 30 round pastry. Take 1 pastry and put in 1tbsp filling. Cover / top it with another pastry. Pinch edges to seal the side.

Delete我家汉尼一共有三兄弟一年一度只能在马来新年尽量来个家庭聚会,因为三弟是厨师掌管新年没假期非常难得很珍惜那几天得聚会。

ReplyDeleteJessie, happy to know that u miss me. So touching. Ei, my mil got 4 girls 3 boys. Not as per what you said lah. 1st n 2nd are boys, then come down to 4 girls and end with my husband. And my 阿姨(my fil 2nd wife) got 1 girl n 5 boys. So altogether 13 adik beradik. And bcoz my 阿姨past away very young so my mil take care of all children lo. Tat is why all of them very close.伟大吗?
