白萝卜糕 Chinese Radish Cake



懒惰了几天,今天终于提起精神在厨房里弄些好吃的。
这白萝卜从妈妈在这儿时就买了。
后来,一直没有时间做;就把它刨丝,窜烫过水后,冷冻至今。
再不做就要请垃圾桶吃了。
从上星期就忙着看医生,做检验。
星期一报告终于出炉了。可是医生要见我叻。难道是坏消息?
虽然已经做了最坏的打算,但说实在的,心里还是很怕的。
早上依约前往拿报告。医生又为我做一些检验。
最后告知我,所谓的瘤,一个直径3cm,另一个3.3cm属 hard tissue.
不过明年必须再做扫描,确保安全。
这对我来说应该是好消息哦。
担心了一个月,终于可以高枕无忧了。
高高兴兴的回家煮饭去咯。
可能心情很好吧,所以今天的白萝卜糕做得很好。
不软也不硬,是我喜欢的那种。
再煮上一碗辣辣的叁巴配搭,就更一级棒了。

材料:


  • 300-400克白萝卜刨丝

  • 虾米适量

  • 两条腊肠;切丁

  • 250克粘米粉

  • 25克风车粉(木薯粉也可)

  • 25克澄粉

  • 700克水

调味料:



  • 盐1 1/2茶匙,糖1 大匙,胡椒粉1/2茶匙,1粒鸡精块,麻油数滴

做法:



  1. 将白萝卜丝煮软透明,水倒掉沥干备用。

  2. 将粘米粉;风车粉及澄粉加入350g 的水搅匀备用。

  3. 起油锅,爆香虾米,加入腊肠。

  4. 倒入白萝卜丝,加入剩余的水,再下调味料。

  5. 慢慢倒入面糊,小火不停的搅拌,至成浓糊状。

  6. 倒入涂上油的8”蒸盘里,大火蒸45分钟至熟即可。

  7. 完全凉了才切片。

**如果想要较软的糕,可以加入更多的水,但是总水量不得超越1000克。这也必须视您的粉类的吸水量而定。


Ingredients:



  • 300-400g shredded white radish 1/2 bowl of dried shrimps, soaked and chopped finely

  • 2 chinese sausages, chopped finely

  • 250g rice flour

  • 25g tapioca flour

  • 25g teng flour

  • 700g water

Seasonings:



  • 1 1/2tsp salt, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 cube chicken stock, 1/2tsp white pepper powder, few drops of sesame oil

Method:



  1. cook shredded radish with water till soft, drained and discarded the water.

  2. Mix rice flour, tapioca flour and and teng flour with 350g water to form a smooth batter.

  3. Heat oil in a wok, sauté chopped dried shrimps & chinese sausages till fragrant.

  4. Add in cooked shredded white radish, mix well, pour in the balance of 350g water. Bring to boil and seasons.

  5. Slowly pour in the flour batter. over low heat all the time until the mixture turns to a thick paste.

  6. Pour the radish paste into a greased cake tin. Smoothen the surface with a spatula. Place it in the steamer and steam over high heat for 45 minutes.

  7. Remove from heat and allow it to cool thoroughly before cutting into slices.

  8. Serve with sambal.
    **for a soft texture u might add more water accordingly until a total water of 1000g maximum. But this is depends on how strong your flour can absorb water.

    如Anncoo所说的,有定期检查的话,就不会有事了。

  3. Ann, 很想的,但是又不想吃得太油腻,所以作罢了。为了健康,我连菜都没炒了。全部做成沙拉。

  8. Sonia, takut apa lah? I did this check up also coz of the lump in my breast. Last 2 yrs i have 1 around my throat. Also went for x-ray n luckily was the 2 swollen lymph nods that stick together. So from outside felt like a big lump.
