素菜包子(Vegie Bao)


最近我的生活中又增添了一些朋友。
几个和我同信仰,同兴趣,同话题的安迪。
我们都没有出众的外表,
也没有过人的才智,
更没有家财万贯和呼风唤雨的家庭背景;
就只是很平凡很普通的女人。
但是,我可以肯定的是,她们都有一颗美丽的心❤️。
这颗心支撑着她们为家庭努力的付出,
努力的改变自己,营造更健康更爱主的家庭。
或许共同的信仰让我们的心更接近吧?
我们很快的就组织了一小组;
一同分享我们的信仰心路,
一同分享我们的家庭生活,个人趣向,
一同分享,一同学习 , 彼此代祷,互相支持。
但愿我们这群爱主(煮)的朋友加油,
永远活得自在,自信,自爱。

简单,平凡,白净的包;给我的朋友们,
内陷虽然是素的,但也好吃。
就像很多女人一样,出入没有名牌,没有浓妆艳抹,
也一样生活得很出众,很得人心,
很耐看,很美丽。


Ingredients:
  1. 4 mushroom (slice), few shredded black fungus, 1 carrot (shredded), 1 small turnip (shredded)
  2. 300g hongkong flour, 1tsp instant dry yeast, pinch of salt, 150g milk, 50g castor sugar, 1+1/2 tbsp shortening
Method:
  1. Heat oil, saute chopped garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add mushrooms and black fungus and fry for a min.
  3. Add in turnip and carrots continue frying for another 5 minutes. Season the fillings with salt, sugar, sesame oil and pepper. Lower the heat and seamer for another 15 minutes or until the turnip is soft enough. Dish out and let it cool before wrapping.
  4. Mix all ingredients (2) together and knead into a smooth dough.
  5. Cover with a piece of wet cloth and leave to rest for 15 mins before shaping.
  6. Divide dough into 16 portion; around 36g each.
  7. wrap in fillings and seal it tightly. Place on a baking paper and arrange into steaming tray.
  8. Prove for another 45 mins before steaming.
  9. steam at moderate high fire for 12 mins. Allow a small gaps by lifting the lid after steaming for 8 mins. Turn off heat and let it sit undisturbed for another 3-5 minutes.
  10. served hot.

  1. 菜包是我爱的其中一款包子!喜欢偶尔来个没有肉的包子,不管是素素的,还是多多胡椒粉的,都很好吃~
