红色天鹅绒蛋糕 Red Velvet Cupcakes


告诉自己今天要为自己烤个蛋糕。

乘早上老公和孩子都去上课,自己一个人窝在家里,做了这蛋糕奖赏自己一下。

本来蛋糕应该是红红美美的,可惜下手太重了,加多了可可粉,结果颜色让我失望了。

无论如何,这是一个很好吃的蛋糕。尤其是乳酪奶油霜,让蛋糕加分。

食谱取自Joy of Baking.

原本150克的糖,被我一口气减到100克。还好成品甜度是我能接受的。

在这里,我预祝我亲爱的妈咪和家婆:母亲节快乐,身体健康,平安喜乐。

当然,也祝福全天下的妈妈们,幸福快乐!

  9. 蓝色小厨,只是普通的红色素,可能是加了可可粉,所以颜色有点特别吧。我也是第一次做这蛋糕。
