猪肉干

猪肉干,我们一家四口的最爱。每次回乡,妈妈和小妹总不忘了买一盒盒的肉干让我们尽情的享用。回来大澳,不是没得买,只是价钱昂贵, 非到不能忍时,才买来解解馋。看了Doreen的猪肉干食谱,真的令我十指大动。 于是就动工咯!只区区的两小时,我们就品尝到热乎乎的美味肉干了。wah seh! 味道还不错呢。

材料:

猪绞肉一磅
鱼露 1 1/2 汤匙
绍兴酒 1 1/2 汤匙
酱油 1 1/2 汤匙
黑酱油 1 1/2 汤匙
糖半杯

1 混合全部材料, 同个方向搅拌至起胶质
2 烤盘铺上烤盘纸,放一团肉在上面 (我用了两个大烤盘)
3 用保鲜纸盖在肉团上,然后杆平。(我用汤匙把肉团压平)
4 烤箱预热300F, 烤8分钟, 翻面之后350F烤20分钟, 关火焖15分钟。

Ingredients:

1 lb. minced meat, with some fats
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
1/2 cup sugar

Method:

1) Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and stir in one direction until minced meat becomes gluey.
2) Put some gluey minced meat on cookies baking tray with a parchment paper. Cover with a big cling wrap and use a roller to roll the minced meat to 2mm thick. ( I use 2 big cookies baking tray)
3) Bake in preheated oven at 300F for 8 minutes. After that, increase the temperature to 350F, turn over the meat and bake for about 20 minutes. Put in the oven for 15 minutes before taking out.
