西米布丁

今晚我们要吃娘惹餐。饭后当然少不了娘惹甜品了。而最容易做的就是这西米布丁了。今天热热的天气也刚巧适合这冷冷的布丁。

材料:
  • (A)220克西米(浸半小时)
  • (B)150克 椰糖,20克冰糖,150克水
  • (C)200克 椰浆,班兰叶数片, 盐1/2小匙

做法:

  1. 将(B)煮滚,继续煮至糖完全熔化,过滤,待凉。
  2. 将(C)以小火煮滚,待凉备用。。
  3. 取锅加水煮滚,放进(A),煮至西米透明。过滤西米,在水喉下冲洗。
  4. 将滤干的西米盛入小杯内,放入冰箱待冷。
  5. 每杯西米布丁浇上2大匙椰浆及椰糖,即可享用。

    I just realized that you are able to buy a lot of Asian ingredients in Perth, should I also migrate there? hahaha..

  2. Sonia, u are welcome anytime and i definitely bring u kai kai.
    Actually i can easily get all asian staff here coz they are lots of migrant n asian kedai runcit. For my surprise is the staff here are more variety than back home. Sometimes want to buy a kecap also dun know which to choose. Too many brand that never come across in M'sia. hehe... So u really can think about migrate liao. Wait for u.
