培更烤马铃薯

马铃薯是孩子的最爱。
不管你怎样煮,只要有马铃薯他们肯定会说好吃。
今天上这做法简单的背肯乳酪烤马铃薯。
这是孩子和老公的午餐。
简单容易,耐饱又好吃的烤马铃薯片;是冬天的好食谱。


材料:ingredients:

  • 600克马铃薯(约3大粒),600g (about 3 large) potatoes
  • 75克车达乳酪, 75g grated cheddar cheese
  • 40克帕玛森乳酪, 40g parmesan cheese
  • 150克培更切碎, 150g bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 个大葱切碎,1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4个蛋, 4 eggs
  • 1杯 济廉鲜奶油, 250ml light cream
  • 适量盐和胡椒,Salt and pepper
做法:
  1. 预热烤箱170度,7寸圆形活底烤盘铺上油纸备用。
    Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius。 Thoroughly grease a 7" diameter springform pan.
  2. 马铃薯去批切半,入锅煮至稍软。取出滴干水分。待冷把马铃薯切成1cm后片. Peel and halve potatoes. Boil potatoes until tender, drain. Allow potatoes to cool then cut into 1cm thick slices.
  3. 把乳酪方入碗中。combine cheeses in a bowl.
  4. 放上一层马铃薯,撒上少许盐和胡椒。
    Cover the base of the prepared pan with a layer of potato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 铺上一层培更和洋葱,撒上乳酪。继续重复步骤4和5至完。
    Top with half the ham and onion. Sprinkle with about one third of the combined cheeses. Continue layering ingredients (seasoning each layer of potatoes), finishing with a layer of cheese.

  6. 稍微拌打鸡蛋和鲜奶油。倒入马铃薯内。
    Use a whisk or fork to beat the eggs and cream until well combined. Gently pour the mixture over ingredients in pan.
  7. 送入烤箱,烘烤50-60分钟,或至马铃薯表面乳酪成焦黄色。
    Bake for about 50-60 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the egg mixture has set.

  8. 取出,待烤马铃薯稍冷才取出切件。
    Remove from oven and set aside till luke cold before removing out.
