我家的豆浆机

老公今天起得特别早,为我们做了简单好吃的早餐; Buttermilk scone toast with egg benedict.

其实只能说是poach egg 因为少了hollandaise sauce.
取代的是枫糖浆。
但是已经很满足了。
上网看见mimimama 问我关于做豆腐水的比例。
我是个懒惰虫,如果不是有豆浆机我是不可能这么勤劳做豆浆当早餐的。
水和黄豆的比例也是照说明书上做的。
所以也不知真正的用传统式许要多少黄豆和水去做出香浓好喝的豆浆。
稍微称了一下,我想大约130克能做1公升的豆浆。
当然如果你觉得不够后,大可再加多一些黄豆。
我呢,通常都会加入1至2大匙的小米。
这是我们家的“常客”。
煮粥也会加入小米,很有营养的哦。
昨晚要上的carrot cake 到现在还没弄好;

或许mimimama正在烦恼黄豆和水的比例呢。

    我以前有一部是中国买进来的,还要马币四百多块咧,那个过滤网洗到我投降,最后捐出去了。 :(

  5. You are such a helpful person :-)thanks for for the explanation, shall try again as i think my soya is too watery therefore bean curd bcame soya milk at the end. I dun have a machine so got to use both God given hands, lots n lots of work. Anyway tks again, i shall try again. Hate to waste things and i saved the soya milk that failed, do you think i can reuse as it is not stale yet, probably i such double up the starch, gymsium still 1tsp.

  6. icafe, mm.. 很喜欢这机器,觉得好用又方便。10分钟就有豆浆喝。最重要容易清洗。我以前也有一架,应该和你的差不多,也是怕洗漏网而放弃用它。

    3 hungry tummies, hehe... may be can buy online. My husband bought it for me, my mum & my mum in law 3 yrs ago in china. Now they have new model. Must be better than mine.

  7. mimimama, sad to hear that u fail for ur 1st try. It is a lot of works to do soy milk without machine. Respect u :)
    Anyway, i will try another way to make the toufu hua by using citrid asid. Hope can give u a new idea :)
    I dont think u can re-do the bean curd by using the same soy milk. But no problem to drink it directly.

  9. potato, Line a ramekin with commercial grade cling wrap, coat with olive oil, season with a pinch of salt. Crack one egg into the ramekin; tying a knot as close to the egg as possible. Drop the wrapped eggs into simmering water and allow to poach for 3-4 minutes for a soft egg yolk. Carefully unwrap before serving :)
