A1 Curry Fish

I am always a fan of hot and spicy food. When comes to instant chilli paste, I will always go to A1 brand. It tastes authentic. The real red curry and spicy too. Really, with all these instant authentic curry pastes readily and not too costly, one doesn’t necessarily need to make own curry paste which could be too time consuming for some.

Recently i falls in love with the A1 seafood curry paste which is one of the most appetising dishes at my home. My hubby and son could just ate platefuls of rice with just the gravy. It took me less than half an hour to cook this fantastic dish.
Just follows the instruction printed or refers here. In addition, you can add in some side veg that you love with A1 instant curry paste too. Everyone has different tastes and expectations though. If you like a spicier gravy, simply add more bird's eyes chilli or curry paste. If you like a creamy gravy than add more coconut milks. For us, we love egg plants and snake beans in our fish curry. Normally i will fried the veg and set aside. Will only add the fried veg into the curry at the last stage before serving.
