材料:
- 160克无盐牛油,80克糖粉, 1/2小匙盐, 30克蛋黄,1/2小匙香草精,200克低筋面粉, 40克帕玛森芝士粉。
- 蛋白糖霜:50克糖粉,1大匙蛋白,1/2小匙柠檬汁
- (糖粉过筛后,一点点加入蛋白搅匀,然后一点点地加入柠檬汁调整到象缎带般滑落的样子即可)。
做法:
把牛油和过筛的糖粉打匀。 - 加入蛋液,搅匀后加入香草精。
- 最后加入过筛的低筋面粉和盐拌匀成一软团后用保鲜纸包好,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
星形模压出饼,排入烤盘。把面团取出,桌面上洒薄薄的粉,将面团放上去,擀成薄片,用 - 预热的烤箱180℃,烤10分钟。
烤好后的饼干移至晾架上待凉。 饼干的尖角处挤少量蛋白糖霜后,粘上彩色糖珠。 - 再将每片饼干中间挤适量蛋白糖霜,按从大到小的顺序叠起来。最后将蛋白糖霜涂在最小号五星的两个角上,粘在树顶即成。

ReplyDeleteUr x'mas tree biscuit is so pleasing to the eyes that I bet your children (or those receiving these as gifts) would find them too pretty to be eaten. LOL... seriously, such neat and tedious works!
ReplyDeleteI once attended a breadmaking class and they did something similar like this but they dip the edge of the 'x'mas tree' with melted chocolate and dusted them with some icing sugar. Looks just as pretty too. Just some ideas for you if you're looking at varieties.
Wish I can bake something like this but my son has been sick for the past 3 weeks (pneumonia... scary!) and all my energies now is concentrated on getting his immune system up and trying to fatten him up bit by bit. So I can only admire / marvel all your wonderful artwork on the net.
