巴西乳酪面包(Pão de Queijo or Brazilian cheese bread)

答应了上简单食谱,这个应该算在里面吧?
巴西乳酪小面包, (Brazilian Cheese Bread, Pão de Queijo) 一个我自己翻译的名称。
如果你想做面包,但是又没有时间等发面,又或者没有搅拌机或面包机,
那这个巴西面包应该是在你的考虑范围内。
不用花太多时间和精力,你就能尝到香香热热的小面包。
当然,它的口感和普通的面包有异;
绝对不是那种软软的日式天面包,也不是欧式有咬劲的面包。
它,独具一格。有的是咀嚼(chewy)和满满乳酪香的面包。
与其叫它面包,我更想叫它另类泡芙,因为它外形很像泡芙。
我只需5分钟准备材料,20分钟烘烤,孩子就能尝到刚刚出炉的小面包。
可是万万没想到的是,孩子只用了10分钟时间就把所有的小东西吃下去。
留下2小个给他们的爸爸。
不敢说它一定适合你的口味,但是肯定适合我家大小的胃。
食谱参考Rasa Malaysia;原食谱取自:simply recipe


材料:

1 个蛋(室温),1/3杯橄榄油,2/3杯鲜奶,170克薯粉,100克车打乳酪或你所喜欢的各种乳酪), 1茶匙盐

做法:


  1. 预热烤箱180度,把迷你满分模涂油备用。

  2. 把所有材料放入混合搅拌机内,拌打均匀,倒入满分模内。送入烤箱烘烤20分钟即可。

  3. 乘热享用。

Ingredients:


1 egg, at room temperature,1/3 cup olive oil,2/3 cup milk,170g tapioca flour (tapioca starch),100g grated cheese of your choice (I used combination of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese), 1 tsp salt


Method:



  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease mini-muffin tin generously.

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. (At this point you can store the batter in the refrigerator for up to a week).

  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack for a few minutes. Eat while warm or save to reheat later.

  9. Sound so good, I think I will like this. Love your baking pan, I have not seen 24 cavity , mine only 12 cavity.

  14. hi, they look very yummy and i want to try to make them. but i dont know where I can buy tapioca flour, can i use corn flour instead?? and i dont have baking tray like yours, can i use a muffin tray?? u know making bigger version? thanks very much
