Hotel Bread II



昨天的 Hotel Bread 太好吃了。今天不得不encore. 虽然打出的面团很软很难操作,但有手粉的帮助,还不算太难。今天记得把它分割成4份了。每份150克。记得面包出炉后即刻脱模以免包包收缩,那就前功尽弃了。
