终于如我女儿所愿,做了她最喜欢的烧卖。
前几天在华人商店看到住家做的烧卖皮;
而且只是小小的一包,所以就兴致勃勃的买回来。
原以为住家做的鹼水不会太多,但是还是大失所望。
看来,下一次我无论如何都要自己揉面杆皮了。
馅料:
- (A) 250克半肥瘦絞肉,1小匙盐
- (B) 150克虾(稍微剁成小块),4棵马蹄(切细),1小段红萝卜(剁碎),青葱切细
- (C) 半大匙酱油、香油,1大匙糖,1小匙味精(可省略),1/2小匙白胡椒粉
做法:
- 把(A) 如做肉圆般打成肉胶,不用打得太彻底。起胶就可以了。
- 加入(B) 和(C)继续快速打匀即可。
- 冷藏备用。
- 准备好烧卖皮,挖一匙馅在皮上,包起,收口。排在蒸盤上。
- 把烧卖上蒸笼用大火蒸约5-7分钟至熟。乘热享用,不宜回锅。
哇!做得很美哦!烧卖是我的最爱,每次饮茶,一定会点一笼。
ReplyDeleteMy kids and I love siew mai too, but I have yet to do this at home, I will wait until you learnt the siew mai skin then only i follow your recipe, hehehe..About the mochi cake, I also feel this cake a bit sweet too but not my kids, next time I want to reduce the sugar..about the colour, I use the matcha powder that I bought from bakery ingredients shop, I think this powder is for baking purposes, so I guess it has better colour..

ReplyDeleteAnn, TQ. If we go timsum than will definitely have at least 3 baskets for 2 kids only. They love siumai & chicken feet.
ReplyDeleteSonia,the Delux Mixer is more powerful than KSM150.Others than that nothing much different. The price is different by AUD80 to AUD100. KSM150 is selling like hot cake for housewife like us. But if u ask me, then i will choose the Delux one as it is more powerful. Since there is not much different in price, why not take a better one n this is deffinitely a one time investment but for lifetime service :)
May be u can consult kitchen 70's as she is using KA.
Jane, I think that price i got is mean for KSM150, let me check the price for Deluxe first..
