上教堂,和白人朋友和早茶,后来因为toy sale的关系顺道逛了一阵,
然后和唐人朋友午餐再来个午茶;
如果没有那杯咖啡,我想我会饱到睡在那里。
那个aunty和uncle 的虾面和槟城亚参辣沙很好吃哦。。。
才$8而且一大碗,看来以后我们的聚会地点有新的着落了。
家里有做好的塔盏,于是做了10个芝士塔。
好久没有做这个塔了,觉得特别好吃。
东西就是这样,常吃就觉得马马地。
久没有吃就觉得新鲜好吃 :)
塔皮材料:
- (a) 190克面粉,25克烤干的面包屑或杏仁粉,10克牛奶粉,适量盐
- (b) 40克糖粉(过筛)
- (c) 125克无盐奶油
- (d) 1个蛋黄, 1/2 小匙香草精
- 将(a) 过筛加入 (b)混匀。
- 加入 (c) 搓成粒状。
- 加入(d)拌成面团,用保鲜膜包好,冷藏半小时。
- 拿适量面团,放入挞模里,将面团捏压至挞模边缘,修边。
- 用叉子刺些洞洞在挞上。
- 送入预热烤箱180度,烘烤12-15分钟。
材料:
- 125克奶油芝士,30克幼糖,10克无盐奶油
- 1个蛋黄
- 20克鲜奶,1/4小匙柠檬香精,1小匙粟粉
- 适量蓝莓果酱
- 将芝士,糖和奶油搅拌至滑。
- 加入蛋黄,拌匀。
- 加入鲜奶,柠檬香精,拌匀。
- 最后加入粟粉,搅拌均匀即可。
- 把芝士馅料倒入挞杯内。
- 加入1/2小匙蓝莓酱在馅料中心,用牙签画出花纹。
- 送入预热烤箱170度烤8-10分钟。
- 190g plain flour, 25g ground bread crumbs/almond meal, 10g milk powder, pinch of salt (sifted)
- 40g icing sugar (sifted)
- 125g unsalted butter
- 1 egg york, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 125g cream cheese, 30g fine sugar, 10g unsalted butter
- 1 egg york
- 20g fresh milk, 1/4tsp lemon essense, 1 tsp corn starch
- some blueberry jam
- To make crust, combine sifted flour and icing sugar.
- Rub in butter until mixture resembles course brread crumbs.
- Add in york and vanilla essense, knead to form a dough. Do not over knead your dough.
- Wrap dough with cling wrap and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
- Take a little portion of dough and press dough into tart cases, trim off edge.
- Use a fork to poke holes in the bottom of tart and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes or until golden browned. Leave to cool.
- To make filling, combine cream cheese, sugar and butter in a clean bowl.
- Cream all the ingredients until smooth.
- Add in york, fresh milk and lemon essense and mix well.
- Add in coen starch at the end and mix through with the cheese mixture.
- Spoon the filling into the tarts. Top with some blueberry jam. Use a tooth pick to draw out the jam.
- Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 8-10 minutes.
