This is a simple and easy way of doing my Malaysia Laksa.
It is simple because i just used the Chilliz brand of laksa paste and it turns out very nice.
But remember to make your own chicken stock and add in a bunch of daun kesum (laksa leaves) after adding in the laksa paste.
At the end of cooking, pour in coconut milk and serve with any side ingredients which you prefer such as bean sprouts, cucumber, tofu puff, prawns or chicken.
Guarantee easy and yummy :)
At the same time, i pan friend some tofu and used Enak Eco brand bumbu gado-gado to go along with my tofu.
Before serving, sprinkle some peanut on top.
So, if you also wish to have this food but yet no times to prepare them then just try out this premix staff. It works!

Sonia, if come to curry i will prefer A1 brand but will definitely add some of my sambal paste. But this is really good. Even better than some hawker's laksa.
pigpigscorner, Yup! my sis told me their prawn noodles taste good too but she said a bit hot. Wil try out one day.By the way, i tried their nasi lemak one but not really like.

ReplyDeleteFC88, i understand there are so many variety of premix in the stores. To select a nice one is not easy. So hope u can find this brand but make sure the paste is fresh (i mean manufacture not long ago) or it will have a funny oil smell which i dont like at all :)
