oreo饼干满分 (oreo muffin)

看见仙子的muffin很是喜欢。可惜我孩子都不喜欢肉桂粉;因此我就没加入这香料。
这个松糕很好吃,又容易做。
决定这星期天把它做成小小松糕拿去教堂。
因为这星期天是澳洲的父亲节。
教堂有个小小庆祝茶会,做这个最简单了。

材料:
  • 60克无盐奶油
  • 35克细砂糖
  • 50克蛋
  • 1/2小匙香草精
  • 60克鲜奶
  • 40克酸奶 (Buttermilk)(可用Yogurt替代)
  • 105克中筋面粉,8克发粉 (过筛)
  • 8片oreo饼干
做法:
  1. 奶油置室温软化,加入糖,用打蛋器搅打至发白。
  2. 加入鸡蛋,搅打均匀。
  3. 鲜奶和酸奶稍微加热至微温状态,接着倒入2中拌匀。
  4. 加入香草精,然后加入过筛的面粉和发粉拌匀。
  5. 最后加入辗碎的oreo饼干,搅拌均匀即可。
  6. 预热烤箱180度,烘烤20分钟至熟。

  10. This recipe is easier to translate, hence I took the initiatives to do it:

    Ingredients:

    60g unsalted butter
    35g castor sugar
    50g egg
    1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    60g fresh milk
    40g buttermilk(can replace with Yogurt)
    105g plain flour,8g baking powder (sift together)
    8 pieces oreo biscuits

    Steps:

    1. Soften the butter at room temperature.
    Add in sugar, beat using an electric beater till pale.
    2. Add in egg and beat well.
    3. Heat up the fresh milk and buttermilk till slightly warm,
    add into (2) and mix well.
    4. Add in vanilla essence, followed by sifted flour mixture and mix well.
    5. Lastly add in the coarsely crushed oreo biscuits and mix well.
    6. Bake at a preheated oven at 180deg C for 20 minutes or until cooked.

    我的烤箱内侧温度比较高。如果烘小蛋糕时,在烘焙中间,拿出来“转盘”再放回去,可以吗?这样会影响烘焙的外观和品质吗?

  20. Web hosting providers, 手脚快一点应该不会有太大影响的。我有时用别人家的小烤箱也是这样,尤其炉火不均匀时,就得这样转来转去咯。
