最近也不知怎么搞的,老是魂不守舍。
今天还搞到大门和铁门没上锁就出门去了。
再回到家时已经是1个小时以后的事了。
首先是吓了一大跳,后来是脚都软了。
第一时间跑进屋看看,还好就放在桌面上的两座电脑都还整齐的躺在那儿。
既然最容易带走的东西都在,那就证明没人进屋了。

说到神,其实我真是感觉到他常常与我同在。
不论顺境逆境只要我相信他,依靠他,他必不离弃我。
很喜欢圣经里,圣咏23篇:上主是我的牧者,我实在一无所缺。
特别喜欢最后的两句;常常都挂在我和老公嘴里,特别在担忧和困难时,借以互相鼓励:
《在我敌人面前,你为我摆设了筵席;在我的头上傅油,使我的杯爵满溢。
在我一生岁月里,幸福与慈爱常随不离;我将住在上主的殿里,直至悠远的时日》
材料:
- (A)180克水,3.5克即溶酵母,350克面粉(过筛),25克幼糖,10克白油
- (B)90克红萝卜汁(2条红萝卜搅烂,取汁去渣),2克即溶酵母,175克面粉,10克糖,5克白油
- (C)90克香兰汁(6片香兰叶搅烂,取汁去渣),2克即溶酵母,175克面粉,10克糖,5克白油
Ingredients:
- (A) 180g water, 3.5g instant yeast, 350g plain flour (sifted), 25g caster sugar, 10g shortening
- (B) 90g carrot juice (blend 2 carrots, squeeze out juice), 2g yeast, 175g plain flour, 10g sugar, 5g shortening
- (C) 90g pandan extract (blend 6 screw pine leaves, squeeze out juice), 2g yeast, 175g plain flour, 10g sugar, 5g shortening
做法:
- 先将(A)的水,酵母混合,分别加入面粉,幼糖和油,搓揉成光滑面团。
- 接着混合(B),搓揉成光滑面团。
- 最后以同样方式,把(C)也揉成光滑面团。
- 将(A)面团分割成两份平均的面团。
- 将4份面团放在室温下松弛5分钟。
- 个别将2个白面团擀成长方形备用。
- 将红萝卜和香兰面团也同样擀成较窄小的长方形。
- 将一份白面团表面多余的粉扫掉。均匀地刷上清水;接着将红萝卜面团盖在白面团之上,轻轻压表面,使面团厚度一致。
- 将可可面团表面多余粉扫掉,刷上清水。由面团的边缘开始紧密地卷起,慢慢卷成圆柱体。
- 卷成圆柱体后,再从面团中心轻搓数下,好让面团粗细相等。
- 将面团分割成小等份,放在蜡纸上。头尾切剩下的不整齐面团可揉成大理石照型。
- 将面团放入蒸笼内,盖上蒸盖,进行最后发酵约30-45分钟。
- 以同样方式(8-12)完成香兰面团部分。
- 面团发酵后,锅中放入冷水,将蒸笼放在锅上,热水沸腾后算起,以中大火蒸约15分钟。(从冷水蒸起,全程约20-22分钟)。
Method:
- mix all ingredients (A) together to form a smooth dough.
- Separately mix all ingredients (B) to form smooth dough.
- Again in a 3rd bowl, mix in ingredients (C) to form a smooth dough.
- Divide dough (A) into 2 equal portions. Set aside all the dough to rest for 5 mins.
- Roll out the plain doughs into 2 rectangle shapes about and set aside.
- Roll out the carrot and pandan dough into rectangle shapes too but slightly smaller than the plain dough.
- Brush some plain water on the surface of plain dough and one top with the carrot dough while the other with pandan dough. Make sure the two dough stick well together.
- Roll dough like a swiss roll and cut into small pieces.
- Prove the cut dough for 30-45 mins in the steamer.
Add water into the steamer after 30 mins and bring to boil; steam over medium heat for 15 mins. (Steaming times from cold water is around 20 mins).

jes's, can use cooking oil but avoid peanut oil coz wil have peanut smell after steam. If u want more circle than roll out ur dough thiner & bigger so that when u roll up u will get more layer (like my pandan one). For carrot one i roll out thicker so get lesser swirl.
